The Forum is a gathering of the most senior legal practitioners in the ITAR field in North America, targeting 40 participants. Attendance is by invitation, and participants are drawn from the leading firms and corporations in the United States, Canada and Europe.

This is not a conference, and there are no formal presentations– no ‘talking heads’. Instead it consists of moderated discussion/debate. Participants agree to adhere to the Chatham House Rule stipulating that nothing said in the meetings is for attribution.

We all present at conferences on a regular basis, but rarely do we get the chance to focus in-depth on the issues of interest to us, to hear our peers’ perspectives on them, and to learn from each other. This is such a meeting.
